For tickets opened through the portal, the first post doesn't list the name of the user who submitted it. This makes it difficult to determine who from our company submitted a request. Not sure why it's that way, but it would be helpful to have the user's name listed. Tickets opened via email seem to have a second post which is a duplicate of the first, but which does list the user's name ... this is clunky and awkward, but better than nothing.
