Some hosts like Siteground have a bunch of useful tools in the backend that I'd like to see on Nexcess, such as File Manager, HTTPS Enforce, Block IPs and Search and replace.

I had to click near 50 times (no exaggeration) just to login to the Nexcess portal the last several times I have logged in. Its quite infuriating. Please consider just using MFA or Invisible Captcha. There is no need for manual captcha for YEARS now.

I dislike the fact that an autogenerated username is tied to my official email for every new WP site I setup. I have my own usual username, and to achieve that I will need to create a new admin. Logout. Login into that new admin. Delete my autogenerated profile. Then recreate it the way I want to. If you're going to create an autogenerated username with my email (and the pair can't be changed), are you able to create an auto-generated email as well? And allow me to create the admin account the way I'd like to using my email and username.

Please send alerts when our disk space is about to be full. The only way to tell now is if our website and admin completely crash. That is way too late of a "warning".

When we switched over to Nexcess at the recommendation of those who helped with our website we expected that the services here would be the same as the ISP we had before. This is not the case. We were able to apply an out of office reply for our emails without having to contact support. It makes it quite inconvenient. It would be nice if Nexcess was a functional as the other ISP's that are out there. PLEASE allow us to create out of office replies without having to contact support.

Right now, each team member needs to manually enable 2-Factor Authentication for themselves. We'd find it very valuable if we could enforce that globally, so nobody could log in unless they had set up and passed 2FA. Thank you!

We have 100+ sites and it takes a lot of time to click on each individual site to determine the PHP version. Wish we could see that at a higher level or possibly sort by php level.

Magento 2.4 now requires Elasticsearch. At $20 per container, that dramatically increases the cost of dev environments. It would be nice if we could share Elasticsearch containers between dev environments and/or less expensive Elasticsearch containers in dev environments..

When there is a large amount of custom SSLs to choose from, it can be cumbersome. Might be a good idea to allow the deletion of old ones so it's not just a dropdown box of hundreds of SSLs after a couple of years.
