Allow Out of Office Reply in Emails

When we switched over to Nexcess at the recommendation of those who helped with our website we expected that the services here would be the same as the ISP we had before. This is not the case.
We were able to apply an out of office reply for our emails without having to contact support. It makes it quite inconvenient.
It would be nice if Nexcess was a functional as the other ISP's that are out there.
PLEASE allow us to create out of office replies without having to contact support.

Whenever we need to create an auto response for people being out of the office whether on vacation or away for business...we cannot do so ourselves. Rather we have to call into the support line to have them do this.
It is very cumbersome, it takes much longer than it should and it's very backwards.
Please give us the ability when either going through Horde or Roundcube to be able to engage and disengage the Auto Response feature...without having to call support. This is a feature that is needed and most other ISPs allow the customer to access it freely.
This is something we had at our previous ISP. The only reason we moved is because we had our website update by a company that recommended you highly. Please live up to their recommendation.
We need this feature, we want to access it freely and we can make adjustments to our pay schedule if that is all that is needed...but we need it.

Autoresponders/Out of Office feature would be very useful. This feature is currently under review.
