Require or Show Status of 2FA

The screen doesn't tell us if users have 2FA setup. It also doesn't allow us to require it when we add them. Either would be helpful to make sure our people have their plans setup securely.

Please add this, so we can enforce 2FA per team, or at least if someone has it on or off.
