This column only shows file storage, but excludes database size. Additionally, the database page only shows data size, not consumed disk space. I was told by support that our database consumed triple the disk space of the actual data due to vague "overhead" references. The result: The "Disk space" reported can be off by an order of magnitude. This makes plan management extremely challenging.

It is extremely rare that I get a list of websites that can be affected by a maintenance action. I would very much appreciate being informed. Cloudhost...123456 is not enough.

Every other host we work with has this. Nexcess currently has a knit together system of plugins that do not currently work. We need the ability to create staging and then push/pull as needed to refresh either environment.

The old setup for chat was much better. The old didn't require me to give account information like it does now, this was passed to the rep in the past automatically.

The initiated time should always be present when a restore is activated. Why on earth would you NOT want this?? The portal should also show the last date and time when a restore was accomplished.

Some hosts like Siteground have a bunch of useful tools in the backend that I'd like to see on Nexcess, such as File Manager, HTTPS Enforce, Block IPs and Search and replace.

I had to click near 50 times (no exaggeration) just to login to the Nexcess portal the last several times I have logged in. Its quite infuriating. Please consider just using MFA or Invisible Captcha. There is no need for manual captcha for YEARS now.

Can you PLEASE makes the errors separate, or come up to the top? I wasted a lot of time today scrolling through over 3400 files trying to find the 5 giving errors. After going through twice, I still only found 3. I appreciate the checker finding issues, but needs to be more efficient in giving us the report. I think this suggestion would help a lot of your customers. Thanks for your great support!
