I need to cancel my Nexcess account. I do not use it at all. I am scheduled to be billed in a few weeks, but would like to cancel before this happens. Please advise. rhondavw18@gmail.com

If you're going to offer discounts to new customers - offer discounts to current customers for upgrades as well. Your best offers should never go to new customers, but to current ones.

When I try to pay my monthly invoice, it will only accept Credit Card. When I enter my Debit card details, it declines. Your system will only accept Credit Card. Please amend so I can pay easily.

I would REALLY like a method to pre-pay estimated charges for my cloud services for a 6 month or 12 month timeline. Clearly there is some variability based on auto scaling and usage but being able to pay an estimated charge for a period of months and having nexcess deduct from a bucket would be far more ideal and reduce monthly receipt coding load.
