nexcess.net URLs not redirecting properly

When I type "nexcess.net" into my browser it defaults to https://nexcess.net which times out. It should redirect to https://www.nexcess.net. The only URLs that work are http://www.nexcess.net and https://www.nexcess.net. See attached.
