Nexcess Cloud: Improved SSH User Management

Currently it is difficult to effectively manage 100+ SSH users across many Nexcess Cloud accounts and services.
We would like the ability to more seamlessly manage, view, and maintain SSH user access across all the accounts/services.
Leveraging some type of user access management tooling for partner-type accounts would be beneficial allowing for improved security and ease-of-use with SSH user management.
Specifically:
- Improved visibility into all accounts/sites/services that house the same SSH key(s)
- Quick ability to add new pub keys to all associated Nexcess Cloud accounts/services
- Portal side user management dashboard/system like LDAP, FreeIPA, etc.
- Auto transfer of SSH pub key(s) upon a new account or service being added or associated with partner account
- Improved security with implementation of 2FA for SSH access such as DUO
