Let customers know the temporary domain may take up to an hour to be set-up

When a new account is set up, it would be a good idea to indicate to the user that the temporary domain associated with the account may require up to an hour (or whatever your suggested timescale is) to be set up. This will avoid people misunderstanding the 'Site cannot be reached' error and potentially going elsewhere for hosting. You could put this in the admin and also the emails sent to the customers when the account is initially set up.

Then once its spun up - how do you replace the temporary domain with a your live site? Support ticket, search and replace on the db. And not even a message or link that you need to do this.

Thank you for your feedback. While I would prefer to see faster spin-up, I agree that managing expectations for the wait better would be a reasonable holdover solution.
