I have been working with another client helping him with his Nexcess account and really appreciate the excellent tech support, but your user interfaces are sometime rather cryptic especially your migration interface. I had to call three times to get an explanation for various fields I needed to fill out and the results I got when I filled them out. A brief explanation for some of the fields would greatly help the new user. I have 6 more websites that I will be setting up accounts for over the next month and they should be easier to set up now that i know what you are asking for, but it would be nice for a first time user to be able to fill out the documentation with out having to call in or use chat if they are not in a hurry.
