Here some ideas but not sure if it is proper. If not, just ignore it.

For the speed or security, if it can be to integrate third party's like Cloudflare on our Nexcess hosting as one-stop service in Nexcess like others? After our website was attacked and suggested to add the function from Cloudflare. But it was bit confused for Nexcess support team to distinguish some works. Hopefully Cloudflare's support can be done under Nexcess as one-stop?

For example, Nexcess cooperates with Cloudflare, we pay this function fee to Nexcess and have one-stop servcie.

The reason we suggest here is that we are designing a E-Commerce website and a bit worry about the website issue. If restore it, it might loss some clients' payment history of restoration gap or cause clients' worries.

So could please ask tech support team to help this side.
