First Ticket Post Doesn't List Username

For tickets opened through the portal, the first post doesn't list the name of the user who submitted it. This makes it difficult to determine who from our company submitted a request. Not sure why it's that way, but it would be helpful to have the user's name listed.
Tickets opened via email seem to have a second post which is a duplicate of the first, but which
does
list the user's name ... this is clunky and awkward, but better than nothing.Ken Wallace
