When using Migrate to Liquid Web and Nexcess the default theme becomes Kadence and it is impossible to activate another theme without going into SFTP to delete the Kadence folder. This is a terrible thing b/c it wastes your customers time.

This happends on every site I migrate. Do you want me to create an extra migration to show you what happens?

Frank G.: We've gotten some additional reports of this issue recently as well via our support channels. What seems to be happening is that for some reason, the object cache is not being cleared properly at the end of the migration, and that results in a state where the previously active theme still shows as active when it shouldn't. This is a task the plugin is supposed to handle for you. We've opened a task for the plugin team to correct this issue and expect that to happen shortly. In the near term, support can assist you by flushing cache manually if you have an additional migration to do before the fix is in place.
Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention!

Thanks for this feedback! After using the migration plugin, what
should
happen is that the active theme is the one from the site you migrated, not Kadence. If that's not happening for you, can you open a ticket with support so we can look into what happened?
