Can't View Image Attachments in Ticket

When accessing a ticket through the client portal, trying to view image attachments results in a preview window with a broken image. Downloading the attachment seems to work fine, however.

To add more detail, it seems like images added to the ticket via external email are able to be previewed, but images added to the ticket by Nexcess employees can't be previewed from the client portal.
