I just had to contact support to set up forwarding of copies of received email messages, as there is no way to do this in the Portal or in Roundcube (on WordPress plans). I was able to do this in my previous Liquid Web Cloudsites plan, but not this one. I don't mind contacting support for this, but it would same time and be more convenient for me and for your team to allow me to do this myself. Thank you!
