It is very difficult to work without having access to the PHP error log. A lot of time is lost, mine and yours, if every time there is an error on the site I cannot see the PHP error log and I have to open a chat window to ask a technician to read me the PHP error log.
Thanks and I hope you add it soon.

This rolled out in our release late last week. Thanks for all your feedback on PHP Logs availability in the Nexcess Portal!

The original Liquid Web Managed Wordpress plans have easy access to the error logs by a button when viewing the site. This could be added to the Logs area easily.

I believe it would be beneficial if we enabled clients to see PHP-FPM error logs in the Portal. Currently, they can see Apache error logs and access logs, but not PHP. Yes, they might be able to access them via SSH (/home/user/var/php-fpm) but there's a good chunk of our clients (MWX mostly) that aren't CLI-oriented.

This times 1000. Nexcess is the only "Managed WP" platform I know of that doesn't display error logs directly in the dashboard.
Easy ability to view and search them like WPE provides would be a bonus, but please at LEAST list the PHP error logs for easy downloading.

That feature, while convenient, just takes too long. It is much faster to leave open an FTP client. When your a developer this time is critical. PLEASE! If you bring it back, also provide instructions to access via FTP on the same screen.
